Based on my experience in the customer service department and sales, I will no longer be going back to Boucher. This company does not represent the Cadillac experience. They are more focused on the bottom and sales, I will no longer be going back to Boucher. This company does not represent the Cadillac experience. They are more focused on the bottom dollar, than any customer experience. Found another Cadillac dealership that immediately amazed me, and gave me the experience that I would expect from Cadillac.
