Good service I was very happy with the service for my CRV. It is a fairly new car and only needed an oil change and the tires rotated. I was greeted by Donald Maye I was very happy with the service for my CRV. It is a fairly new car and only needed an oil change and the tires rotated. I was greeted by Donald Mayer. He was very pleasant and showed us to the waiting area. When my car was finished and washed (I love that) Don came and got me, I paid for the service and left with my car. Don was so nice and explained everything that was being done. I am very happy with the Honda service team! More

Weekend crisis averted We were driving home from Vermont when the 2005 Honda Pilot lists it’s steering. We were 3 hours from home and didn’t know the extent of the issues. L We were driving home from Vermont when the 2005 Honda Pilot lists it’s steering. We were 3 hours from home and didn’t know the extent of the issues. Lia Honda customer service team was fantastic. They met us at the door like we were their regular customers, kept us up to date on what was happening with the car. We waited for the repairs and they made sure they came to talk to us every 20-30 minutes. They also assured us that even though it was a Saturday the mechanic would stay late to finish the job so we could get home that same day. Susan she was fantastic! I’m usually one to get upset in these types of situations but she was the reason I didn’t feel any anxiety at all. The customer service team was amazing and the mechanic took the time to show us the parts that were broken and what he did to fix the issue. While I didn’t want to spend 3 1/2 hours in a service center this was a very pleasant experience. Thank you !! More

Sue Kelly is the best customer service rep EVER!! I was working with a strict budget and had to get my car repaired. I did not know what to expect and they were SO concerned and we were able to work o I was working with a strict budget and had to get my car repaired. I did not know what to expect and they were SO concerned and we were able to work out a dollar amount that fit my budget! I will continue to service my 2009 Honda here as Sue and her co-workers were so, so GREAT! Keep it up guys! More
