We shared this with Rachel Christie who contacted Don Negri. When meeting him we found that he was very courteous and a dedicated employee of Brandon Honda. He asked if we were interested in another CR-V, our response, Yes! He took us over to the new 2015 model and pointed out all the new features. He was not pushy, but very knowledgeable. We were sold. He contacted his supervisor, Gary Jarrell who offered us a good trade-in on our 2010 and the best rates available. Working with them - all good family men - we were quite pleased and drove our new car home. More

Smooth Process We knew which vehicles we wanted to see, and Don was quick about getting us the first vehicle we requested. Since Don had another customer, he had Brian take over. It was a pleasure to work with Brian! We test drove the 2014 and 2015 CR-V with him, and he explained all the differences. Even the negotiations process was very smooth, and we never felt pressured. Finance worked out pricing for the 2015 EX and EX-L trims, since we were trying to decide between to trim levels. We were able to have the price decreased on the 2015 EX-L without any "hard negotiating." Since the color I wanted was not in stock, Brian spoke with management, who located my vehicle at a sister dealership and had it brought to the Brandon dealership the next day (no extra charge). Brian guided me through many of the features of my new SUV, including Honda Link and setting up my bluetooth. I would gladly buy another vehicle from Brandon Honda in the future and highly recommend them! More
