I thought something was wrong with my car after my oil change. Turns out they just forgot to fasten my air filter closed causing it to sound like a need a new muffler. Over the years dellen has forgot to change. Turns out they just forgot to fasten my air filter closed causing it to sound like a need a new muffler. Over the years dellen has forgot to put my steering column back correctly after a recall. You could feel air from the road coming in. I had the back bumper replaced there and my trunk plastic/sealing has never been the same. Still not connected at parts. My front headlight wasn’t put back in correctly when the headlights needed replaced so moisture gathers inside of it. They fixed a leak in my sunroof and the first time I opened it the leak came back. I had them fix it again and they charged me again. So I just don’t use the sunroof anymore. It’s been years. I used to come in for an oil change and they’d bump a sensor then want to replace it when it just needed reset. They haven’t done that in awhile though. Every time I had a nail in a tire it’s been in a place that caused me to need a new tire which turned into needing two. Then they took my tires off for some reason and they got destroyed so I needed four new tires. That year it had to have to separate sets of tires. I ended up going to discount tires because I couldn’t afford goin to dellen anymore. I honestly think I still go there out of habit. One thing I know for sure. I won’t purchase a car there ever again specifically because of the service department. Oh, and one time they kept my car overnight saying they didn’t get to it. When I came the next day there was an extra key. Turns out they just locked my keys in the car. More
