The experience we had purchasing our new Ford Escape was absolutely wonderful! We contacted Don Rohde because he came highly recommended. He immediately made us feel right at home! We felt absolutely no pressure whatsoever and that's exactly what we were looking for. When we've purchased cars at other dealerships we always felt obligated and rushed into purchasing whatever car the dealer could get us into but not at Galpin Ford, we didn't buy our Ford Escape on the first trip here but Don Rohde followed up with us and had us over on his day off! he actually came over to show us around on a day he wasn't even supposed to come in, if that's not customer service then I don't know what is! Needless to say, we did purchase a new Ford Escape from Don Rohde at Galpin Ford and my wife hasn't stopped smiling ever since. Just to let you know, my son is in the market for a new Ford Mustang and we've already made a motion with Don and Eric Rohde because they treated us like family. We feel like we could come over at anytime and they'll drop everything just to make sure we are taken care of.
