I recently decided to purchase a late model, low mileage, Dealer Certified Lincoln Sedan. The experience we had purchasing our new Ford Escape was absolutely wonderful! We contacted Don Rohde because he came highly recommended. He immediately made us feel right at home! When we've purchased cars at other dealerships we always felt obligated and rushed into purchasing whatever car the dealer could get us into but not at Galpin Ford, we didn't buy our Ford Escape on the first trip here but Don Rohde followed up with us and had us over on his day off! he actually came over to show us around on a day he wasn't even supposed to come in, if that's not customer service then I don't know what is!
