Love the dealership but feel like a # when it comes to service. I would love to have the same service manager each time. I previously had a Toyota Tacoma for 14 years - same service advisor all of those service. I would love to have the same service manager each time. I previously had a Toyota Tacoma for 14 years - same service advisor all of those years! He knew ME and my truck! Having a different person each time doesn’t make for a welcoming reception. I don’t seemed to get direct answers. I drive over 85 miles to have the same dealer I bought the Jeep from to get service. You would think they would be a little more appreciative of that fact. Just my opinion and you asked. More
