You can get the same work done elsewhere for almost half the price. There is inconsistency between what is being done on the car and what the customer is told. Spent about $225 just to get car diagnosed with needing a new battery and ended up having to pay over $550 for that diagnosis & installation of the battery. Another dealer would have done all of it for almost half the price so it was a loss. Also, an airbag error light came on as soon as I drove the car home. They completely ignored the error and when I called about it they said it had nothing to do with the battery being changed and would charge another $250 to diagnose it so now we can’t drive the car. I will not go back unless it’s for a recall on a part.

Many places may quote a lower number, but they typically use aftermarket parts or skip manufacturer-recommended procedure and cheaper alternatives can cost more in the long run if something goes wrong or missed diagnosed.
