Donna was excellent, she was all about taking care of the customer from the second I walked in the door. I had a specific grand Cherokee in mind that 2 other dealerships couldn't accommodate. In searching for a 2014 Jeep Cherokee I visited four dealerships. All were very different experiences, and none came close to Fitzgerald. Donna Allen and Bill Blumenfeld were courteous, friendly and e dealerships. All were very different experiences, and none came close to Fitzgerald. Donna Allen and Bill Blumenfeld were courteous, friendly and expeditious. At other dealerships I waited more than an hour just to get a legitimate offer on a vehicle. At Fitzgerald on my first visit my trade in was evaluated and I had a firm offer in less than 30 minutes. Further negotiations were quick and painless with none of the "I have to check with ..., who has to check with ..., who has to get approval from ..." They immediately matched or bested my best offer from others. Fitzgerald quickly obtained the vehicle with the equipment I wanted even though it was not at their dealership. Every other dealer tried to sell me a vehicle on their lot with extra equipment that I did not want. Fitzgerald never tried to do this. The paperwork was also handled quickly and efficiently by Dewayne. Donna demonstrated the numerous features of my new Cherokee and connected my phone to the vehicle. I have never had a better buying experience, anywhere, anytime. All 10's, I highly recommend the Fitzgerald experience to anyone searching for a vehicle. Awesome! More

Before my husband and I even set foot on the lot, I did some searching on the FitzMall website.There were a few cars that we liked, but 1 in particular, so I called the location where the car was, (Gaither some searching on the FitzMall website.There were a few cars that we liked, but 1 in particular, so I called the location where the car was, (Gaithersburg), and asked them if we had to travel all the way to their dealership, or could we make the arrangements to purchase the car at our local dealership, (Lexington Park). The folks in Gaithersburg said the vehicle could be transferred, (what a relief!!). I called the local dealership and informed them of what we were planning on doing. They said to just come on down, and we would be taken care of. It was funny, because before we even made it to the door of the dealership, Donna came out and introduced herself. She actually seemed warm and friendly, and not the typical salesperson in a car dealership. Not once did we feel pressured by her. She escorted us to her desk, and we explained the situation to her. She understood and phoned the Gaithersburg dealer to make arrangements with them. Our whole experience with Donna was awesome. We've had a few bumps in the road with the purchase of this car, but it had nothing to do with Donna. She even sent me a birthday card 18 days after we bought the car! She obviously gives above and beyond, to make sure her customers are satisfied. I would definitely go back, and I would highly recommend Fitzgerald's, especially because of Donna. :) p.s.-If you see a car you really like, don't hesitate to call about it. They go very quickly!! :) More

My son was looking for a truck for me ( I hate shopping). Their "no haggle "price was fair and they gave what I consider an excellent trade in on my 110000mile Chevy truck. I was not able to get to the dealership until almost 2100 the next day. Donna, the sales manager and the finance dude stayed until 2200 to complete the deal (not to mention the very nice clean up guy who prepared the truck.) Due to some miscommunication between my son and I,there were some adjustments to be made to the paperwork, but even at the late hour the sales manager and Donna were cheerful and very helpful. The finance dude was also very friendly,efficient and helpful......no pressure to buy the extra warranties...he explained them and answered my questions politely and honestly and immediately and pleasantly accepted my "no" answers I hate car shopping,but Donna and the Fitzgerald staff made it as pleasurable an experience as possible....I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. The fact that they are local is an added bonus. PS: Today I thought I had a minor problem with the truck so I dropped by the service department....turned out it was my ignorance.The service writer got the service mgr(I think) who went to my truck and explained the system to me....they also answered some other questions I had. .I am sure they had a good laugh (they should)later but they were very helpful and friendly. More

My husaband and I came to Fitzgerald because we had purchased a Chrysler from Park Chrysler and were treated very well and enjoyed our previous car. We had a very bad experience with another Chrysler dealer and Park was able to help with those problems. We came back, even though it is now Fitzgerald. We were not disappointed. Donna couldn't have been more helpful and was able to answer all our questions and finish our purchase very quickly. She was very friendly and when we left, we felt like we had known her forever. All of the staff at Fitzgerald were very helpful. We definately will recommend Fitzgerald, and Donna, to all of our friends. More

Donna doesn't apply pressure to buy the car, isn't just about the commission and along with the management staff, is upfront about the discounts, low prices and ease of the purchase process at their dealership. Thanks to Mrs. Allen and Mr. Ritter, I was able to trade my no longer wanted car in and get a great deal on a van that is perfect for myself and my family. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and wonderfully helpful people to work with.Mrs. Allen was exceptional in sell the van to me, Mr. Ritter was great in getting me financed to where I can afford the vehicle and the finance manager was great to work with as well.
