Great Dealership with Quality Service and Support My Wife "Lisa" and I purchased a Used 2011 Ford Expedition on Aug 1, 2016 and we were meet with people how really wanted to help us and deal with our My Wife "Lisa" and I purchased a Used 2011 Ford Expedition on Aug 1, 2016 and we were meet with people how really wanted to help us and deal with our concerns. The first person was the Sales rep Justin and Sales Manager Donnie McMillean who sold us on the vehicle we wanted. They got us in the price range we wanted and everything worked out great and then we were given some options on accessories that we added to our Expedition and then the extended warranty that was really good by Rob Insani the sign and drive. They also cleaned the Expedition up and got everything ready for us to drive off the lot and we are more than Happy with our service and also customer support. I will definitely tell anyone and everyone that they need to experience Toothman Ford a great Ford Experience and service with a smile. I would also like to Thank all the people at Toothman Ford for there patience and also quality and be so professional in helping there customers with all the needs. Excellent buying experience! After quite a bit of searching for the exact car I wanted I found it at Toothman! A Great Buying Experience Toothman Ford had the car we had been looking for for a few weeks. Being a first time buyer at Toothman Ford I was beginning to believe all used auto Toothman Ford had the car we had been looking for for a few weeks. Being a first time buyer at Toothman Ford I was beginning to believe all used auto dealers were the same. That is until I talked to Donnie McMillen about the car we were inquiring about. Since I couldn't travel to be there I felt I could trust Donnie, and his son Corey. I wasn't wrong, they treated my wife very well, and helped throughout the whole process of purchasing the car. I called my wife last night and asked how she liked the 2013 Honda Accord Coupe at Toothmans, and she replied... you mean my Honda Accord Coupe. She was delighted in how she was treated by the entire staff at Toothman Ford. I want to say a Big Thank You to Donnie and Corey McMillen, and all the staff there for their kindness, and understanding in helping our family find the right car, at the right price.
