In a flash Mike had my car in with a technician, arranged a ride so could be on time for my meeting, fixed the van ( no small task) and had m back on the road to home that evening. Everyone I encounter Mike Service guy, the service manager ( cant recall him name) and even the woman who took my payment... all were friendly and helpful. A great experience across the board!!!
