Overall experience with the sales associate was great. He was knowledgeable about various products and brands. He was able to explain anything we had questions about and if he didn’t know, he would go ask He was knowledgeable about various products and brands. Start to finish the deal took 2 week, mostly on our end and inventory searching for the right vehicle for us. This never cause Donny to stop responding and being helpful. I called about a specific vehicle, had the lot number ready and asked how long purchasing the vehicle would take. I was told 45 minutes for purchase. I was told the car would be pulled to the front and r ready and asked how long purchasing the vehicle would take. I was told 45 minutes for purchase. I was told the car would be pulled to the front and ready for a test drive. My appointment was at 3:30 I left at 6:30. The vehicle was not ready. Staff did not have keys ready. I was there for 3 hours. Waited an hour for final numbers to purchase the vehicle. Then I waited an hour for temp tags and final signing of paperwork. Staff member that was helping me was very professional and helpful. He did not make excuses and did his job. More
