These people are a bunch of KOONS! ! They are CON ARTISTS!! My wife was very interested in a used vehicle and had her own financing. We drove 4 hours to look at the vehicle and we decid ! They are CON ARTISTS!! My wife was very interested in a used vehicle and had her own financing. We drove 4 hours to look at the vehicle and we decided to move forward with the purchase. She signed all the paperwork, however they wanted us to use their financing, even though my wife had already been approved with her bank, which is the same bank they use. The numbers didn't match and they were trying to get a 1% extra interest rate so they could make more money off the sale. Why would anyone do that?? My wife also received complimentary GAP insurance and the dealer said he never heard of that. Well, we called the bank (Langley Federal Credit Union) and they stated dealerships do this all the time. Well, the dealer kept giving us the run a round and basically didnt want to sell us the vehicle. Two weeks later we tried again, and we were going too bring the check directly to them and now they are saying they can't accept it!! IF YOU HAVE A BETTER RATE WITH YOUR BANK, DONT BUY A CAR HERE!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR THEY WILL ROB YOU!! More

I would give Koons Kia of Woodbridge a minus-0 rating if I could!!!! They are the worse dealership I have ever dealt with. Sure they are nice while sticking the knife in your back. They agreed to repay the $7,000 I spent for the current repairs, overnighted a cashiers check & the next morning put a STOP PAYMENT on it! They refused to take my calls, speak to me or respond to anything!!!! THEY HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!! The General Manager, Donovan Badamirza is a joke. He would not speak with me. I filed a complaint with the VA Attorney General & they didn't even respond to them. My best friend also purchased a vehicle from them & it didn't even make it home. They also refused to correct her situation. I would recommend, NEVER dealing with this disaster of a dealership. RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION, don't believe anything they say! They do not stand behind their product & do not honor their promises. RUN!!!!!!! What happened to GOOD FAITH!!!! They have no idea what that means. xxxx Poor SERVICE! More
