I had a very frustrating experience with Knight Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I brought my 2024 Ram 1500 in on October 2025 because it was leaking water from the top. Initially, they told me they needed to order parts on back order. That’s understandable — but no one ever called to tell me when the parts arrived. I had to follow up myself 2 months later. On top of that, they didn’t have loaner vehicles available, so I had to wait even longer before I could finally drop off my truck. When I did get it in, I was told it would be ready in just a few days. Instead, it turned into a 10-day stay. I was told the delay was because it was raining and they couldn’t replace the glass — which was frustrating given how long it had already taken to even get the appointment handled. When I finally got my truck back, the issues I specifically asked them to address were not fixed. My speaker, which had been impacted by the water damage inside the vehicle, was still not repaired. Overall, the lack of communication, delays, and incomplete repairs made this a disappointing experience. More

I unknowingly purchased a new 2026 vehicle in December with pre-existing mechanical and electrical issues. Within one week, the car was already back in this dealership’s service department—twice within ju with pre-existing mechanical and electrical issues. After escalating to speak with a manager for clarification, I was given apologies and assurances. However, when I reported that the problem continued immediately after the second service visit, I was met with complete silence. For weeks now, the sales manager, service manager, and service advisors have ignored my calls, texts, and emails. These issues are real and documented with photos and videos. Despite this, management dismissed my concerns, saying it was “normal for a showroom car” and that the vehicle was “working itself out.” That is unacceptable for a brand-new car. During the purchase, I was also told that leaving a 5-star review would help close the deal, so I strongly encourage future customers to be skeptical of this dealership’s ratings. This dealership seems focused only on quick, easy repairs. When a problem requires actual investigation, you’re ignored. One service manager even told me, “we don’t get paid to try to figure something out.” The only positive experience I had was with Niko in sales. Everyone else—Miguel, Jose (“Nacho”), Isaiah, and Donovan—was unresponsive or dismissive. More
