Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Sold me an Infiniti QX30 with 31K miles and it needs $3500 in repairs within the first 50 days of me having the car. I came in to Courtesy to get a recall done the other day. Donavan was my contact person and the recalls were taken care of. Donavan told me at the next service I needed the Transmission flushed and the tire Donavan was my contact person and the recalls were taken care of. Donavan told me at the next service I needed the Transmission flushed and the tires had 70% tread left. That was good news beings I was told at the previous service which was only 4000 miles since we purchased the vehicle, that the front tires needed to be replaced immediately and if something happened my warranty would not cover it. I had purchased the and paid for the extra Certification, I was less than happy as I had purchased a tire warranty from Courtesy which I found out is only good for the tires that came with the car. Also a woman that called the other day, asking if I wanted my Sorrento serviced, I told her no and that I would never bring my car to Courtesy for anything. I asked her if she would like to know why, her reply was a simple “Not really”! We have purchased two used Kia’s, one leased, two new, and one Certified. I will go to a different brand next time and of course a different dealer. More

Best service I could ask for! The gentleman in the department are a joy to work with. They are on top of the repairs needed for my vehicle and didn’t hold back with the details. I've called this establishment multiple times, left message and never received a call back. I've been waiting over 2 months to get warranty parts replaced on my BRAND NEW 2023.
