Arrived from out of town and car was not as pictured in photos on website as there were dents in rear, different interior upholstery, etc . Salesman confirmed that he sent me photos on my phone but I did n photos on website as there were dents in rear, different interior upholstery, etc . Salesman confirmed that he sent me photos on my phone but I did not view as I had viewed photos online. Process of purchasing with paperwork, repairs, details, took almost 4-4.5 hours with cash deal. Way too long to process . They should have inspected car and did repairs before I arrived at dealership More

I've been a very loyal customer at least a decade. Shocked they shafted me so hard. Even nickelling & dimming over a couple thousand dollar check to me. I'm from the big corporate world = standards & good reputation are usually held as priceless assets. It is still ongoing but I'm both positive & hopeful Mr. Hubler has got this. He has shown the interest. More
