I would buy another if Mr. Jackson is my rep again. The other person who was super helpful was the finance assistant, Stephanie Ketner. The rest of the experience was less than positive. However, this time was still better than the first car I bought from Courtesy Chevrolet a few years ago. Therefore, I am not complaining. IMO, there are just too many employees involved in the process. Most of them just don't GAF.
Courtesy also needs to re-train the detailer person. You do not put armor-all shine on plastic floor mats.
