Firstly, I must address my interactions with Dori and the sales team. Despite promises of deadlines, documented through screenshots, it became evident that they were aware of the unavailability of parts or the impossibility of performing certain repairs within the stated timeframe.
Unfortunately, it was only after directly contacting the manager that I received accurate information.
Moreover, the deception extended beyond this initial encounter. The sales team sold me a defective vehicle, leaving me responsible for subsequent repairs.
Furthermore, they exhibited unfair treatment by declining similar deals for friends I referred, seemingly due to their desire to rid themselves of the problematic vehicle they sold me.
Following the initial repairs, the front suspension failed despite the vehicle receiving a clean bill of health.
Additionally, the shop foreman prematurely attributed the issue to a previous rear problem, as overheard during a conversation with Matt.
Moreover, when inquiring about repair timelines, I was provided with false information by Matt regarding parts supposedly coming from Germany, a claim disproved after contacting Audi America.
Overall, my experience with this dealership's service department has been marred by dishonesty and deceit.

In particular, we’re sorry to hear of your frustration pertaining to the repairs shortly after your incident on 635. The way you draft the review, it seems as though you are trying to shift blame of the mechanical issues with both front and rear suspension to something that was done by our team prior to delivery of the vehicle, which we think both parties know is not the case. You admitted what happened in your accident to our team and the insurance company in order to get coverage to resolve the issues. Yes, you did come in for rear suspension fixes first and our team did not notice at the time that the front was experiencing issues as well. It was clear to our technical experts based upon the damage when you returned that the issues with front and rear suspension were both caused from the same incident where you claimed insurance. We apologize for not catching 100% of the issues associated with your accident the first time and apologize again if there was any lacking communication throughout the experience. We are passing your feedback along to our senior leadership for review and appreciate you sharing feedback regarding your discontent. I regret to inform you that my experience with the dealership has been less than satisfactory.
Despite my best efforts to address concerns regarding the root cause analysis (RCA) of the damage, I was met with inadequate explanations from Erik and Daniel, the technicians involved. Repeated inquiries into the matter yielded vague responses, leaving me dissatisfied with the level of expertise demonstrated.
Furthermore, I was not afforded the opportunity to seek a thorough RCA by an Audi Dallas expert. Instead, I was presented with a binary choice between repair and return, with no room for alternative options or further investigation.
Additionally, I must address the inaccurate assertion regarding the involvement of the insurance company. Any claims suggesting fault on my part are unfounded and misleading. I am certain and confident a 3-way call will address this.
Moreover, the lack of technical proficiency demonstrated by the dealership is concerning. Subsequent issues, such as the recurrence of damage to the rear suspension components shortly after repair, further underscore the deficiencies in craftsmanship and attention to detail.
In light of these ongoing issues, I must refute the dealership's claim of a correct diagnosis by their technical expert. Had their technical acumen been as claimed, the installation of the rear plastic piece would have been executed correctly, thereby preventing its failure on the highway.
I urge the dealership to reevaluate their procedures and standards to ensure the delivery of satisfactory service to all customers. Until such improvements are made, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services.
