Best car buying experience I ever had !!!! When I walked into the dealership, I knew I was going to buy a car - but expected that it would be a week before I could actually drive it home. I wa When I walked into the dealership, I knew I was going to buy a car - but expected that it would be a week before I could actually drive it home. I wanted to finance through my credit union and that used to take a lot of driving back and forth. Well, Bob Johnson WORKS with my credit union. They also called my insurance company and got new insurance cards. They ALSO work with the DMV (this was on a Saturday) - and transferred my plates. So I DROVE HOME in my NEW CAR that DAY !!!!!! The salesman Doug Curry was TOTALLY AWESOME - made for a VERY PLEASANT DAY, working and chatting with him. I will definitely recommend Bob Johnson in Leroy to anyone looking to buy a car !!!! More

Excellent customer service! Although my truck was just outside the warranty, there were two issues they addressed without question. They provided a loaner vehicle that was brand new, which with our busy lives is a benefit, and allows the dealership to effectively use their time diagnosing and solving the problem.
