Arrived on time for a scheduled oil change (prepaid), tire rotation and cabin and air filter change. I was told my wait was approximately 1.5 hours. After 2.5 hours, I checked back at the desk to inqui tire rotation and cabin and air filter change. I was told my wait was approximately 1.5 hours. After 2.5 hours, I checked back at the desk to inquire “how much longer”, since everyone who had arrived after me, had already come and gone! I was then told my paper work was being processed. At 2.75 hours, I was finally checked out after I was informed that an “unscheduled repair needed to be done” (under warranty). And although I am thankful, that they discovered a axel leak and repaired it, I strongly believe that someone should have informed me that this was being done and was therefore, going to take longer than originally stated. Had I known this, I would have called for a ride and left the vehicle for the duration of the repair. Instead, I sat there, with no knowledge that an unscheduled repair was being done and that my wait time had therefore almost doubled! I found this to be inconsiderate and unprofessional! And THAT is the reason I only gave them a less than AVERAGE rating, because they didn’t have any consideration for the customer! More
