Went for an oil change & tire rotation. The service took 2 1/2 hours. I checked multiple times to ensure there wasn’t an issue on my vehicle. There were no issues and the service center was not busy. Maybe 2-3 people waiting. The fact they knew I was sitting there and did not tell me to drop off the vehicle and come back for it showed a lack of communication and compassion to their customer. The one credit I will give is they did not change for the service but that was not worth the time wasted. More

the team at Nissan is amazing. Nissan Service on Route six in Dartmouth Massachusetts was excellent. I truly enjoyed speaking to the service advisor Mr. Doug Dailey.
