I’ll describe my experience with Nissan Dartmouth Service Department in three words: Professionalism, courtesy, and care. The customer service representative, Mr. Douglas, was outstanding from the beginnin Department in three words: Professionalism, courtesy, and care. The customer service representative, Mr. Douglas, was outstanding from the beginning to the end. He guide me through the whole process in fixing my 2014 Nissan Rogue, with everything I’ve mentioned before and in addition, with transparency and honesty. It was clear noticeable for me that how amazing was the NDSD team effort to not only accommodate all my needs, but go beyond my expectations. Therefore, I highly recommend NDSD to any one that will be reading this and to all my friends and family members. More
