Our purchase (March 2021) was a used 2018 Sienna. We experienced a problem with our left front brake caliper while traveling to Minnesota in May. We immediately contacted the Treasure Coast service department. Our request for assistance moved disappointingly slow at first. After all, we were in a small town in northern Minnesota with no ability to utilize the recently purchased vehicle. And it seemed to us like no one in the service department really cared about our plight. Some even suggested the situation may not even be covered and we would have to cover the expenses ourselves. The problem was finally resolved when we reached out to the used sales top official named "Dougie". He immediately stepped in and got results in record time. Dougie is to be commended to the highest levels for his willingness to deliver customer satisfaction without unnecessary runarounds and delays. More

I recently purchased a 2017 certified Toyota Avalon at Treasure Coast Toyota. I live in Atlanta and was going to fly down and buy the car and drive it home. He was true to his word and met everything we had agreed to. He had Corey walk us through the sales process which went very smoothly. He was friendly, knowledgable, and showed me several other SUVs which I will purchase in the near future. It was a very easy, convenient way to purchase a very dependable car. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! It is so UNETHICAL. We were coming from out of town so we called one day before to put down a deposit to hold the car. We were told by one employee a deposit would hold the car coming from out of town so we called one day before to put down a deposit to hold the car. We were told by one employee a deposit would hold the car for us. THEN we get a TEXT message the morning of saying they sold the car and the deposit was just to hold the price?? They will do anything to get your money. It’s such snakey behavior do not trust this place. More
