Exceptional experience After about 6 weeks of fruitless efforts to find an SUV that would meet our needs, was more than thrilled to be so happy with a vehicle purchase. Whil After about 6 weeks of fruitless efforts to find an SUV that would meet our needs, was more than thrilled to be so happy with a vehicle purchase. While recent experience renting a Mazda CX-5 had convinced me there was too little legroom to work for me, I decided to actually test drive the CX-5 and CX-9. Could not have been more pleasantly surprised - went from having no options that I was enthusiastic about to loving both the CX-5 and the CX-9. Glenn Stitely was terrific from the very onset, answering my questions and called before I actually visited. Doug Kane was the sales associate I worked with and he did a tremendous job. Could not find someone better and more flexible to work with - I even had to run home in the middle of the process for a repairman appointment at my house - and Doug was understanding and worked around the inconvenience. The bottom line is I love the dealership, both Glenn and Doug were tremendous to work with, I love the new CX-9 and the deal I got on it. Will recommend this dealership to anyone I know in the market for a new vehicle in the area. More
