He greeted us when we arrived and introduced us to Tommy Reed. After trying to figure out what features we would be happy with, Tom found us a Niro model that met our requirements. We then drove the car and it truly sold itself! After working out an agreeable trade-in price, we signed the papers. It was enjoyable to work with Doug in the finance department as well. We surprised ourselves making a decision to buy so quickly, but I love my new car! More
