Hello my name is Doug Morgan. I would like to tell you a little about my background. I have been in the industry for over 38 years and started with my father managing lease cars later to become a buyer for him. I then started a wholesale outlet providing cars for upstanding dealers. I am in the Manheim Auto Auction dealer council and have been a top 100 dealer out of thousands for over 23 years and rated number 4 power seller through Maheim Auto Auction along with being a active member in PIADA and being 1 of 7 dealers on Guardian Warranties counsel . I am the primary buyer for the company and commit myself to only buying the highest in top quality and run history reports on all cars prior to purchasing them to ensure that we as a dealer and you as a customer have piece of mind. I did a search for car dealers near me with high customer satisfaction ratings and Morgan automotive came in at the top of the list. I went on their website and looked at their extensive inventory and found satisfaction ratings and Morgan automotive came in at the top of the list. I went on their website and looked at their extensive inventory and found a truck with low miles practically showroom condition super clean and clicked on a link that said I was interested in the vehicle. Matt got back to me almost immediately and through a couple of text exchanges I applied for financing, I was approved and at a much lower interest rate than I anticipated. Matt wanted to know when I could come in, I went in the same day and after a little bit of time signing some papers I drove off in a beautiful new to me Ford F-150 SuperCrew. While I was in the office the owner and the owner's son both happened to be passing through and Matt introduced me. They both shook my hand and thanked me for my business. Keep in mind, this is not a small operation they had dozens and dozens and dozens of vehicles on their lot. There's absolutely no car salesman vibe coming from this shop. Matt is just a regular guy helping people get into vehicles. I absolutely will buy my next vehicle from Morgan Automotive. I would suggest you do the same. I forgot to mention, I was trying to figure out the logistics of how to get to the dealership and be able to drive a vehicle home as I had no one to drive me and Matt said no problem I'll send a driver to pick you up. And they did in about 15 minutes. More
