Douglas Ryan from the parts department was awesome he steered me in the right direction with my 2012 truck this is the second time I had an encounter with him both times he went out of his way to help me steered me in the right direction with my 2012 truck this is the second time I had an encounter with him both times he went out of his way to help me And gave me great advice. I had a catastrophic failure on my left front axle he took his time and looked up all the parts and quoted me out the prices for parts and to make sure they were in stock so my truck did not have to be out of service for a few days.After our conversation he made sure that he directed me to the right guy in the service department which was Tyler And gave me great advice which was the right advice I just want to say thank you mr. Ryan .The downtime for my vehicle was only day. The workmen ship was excellent and workmanship was excellent .I was thinking my truck was going to be down for a week every other shop in the neighborhood usually keeps it for a week I got tired of it and took it to Davis Dodge in Glen Mills. The technician looked after it liked it was his own and recommended a few more things which was great because the last thing I wanna do is break down on the road . Your team is awesome I highly recommend your repair shop this will be the second time I used your service center drop off which I love and your late night hours for pick up is also awesome not too many companies do that which came in handy for me the hours because I work schedules Thank you and your team for a job well done.
