Unsatisfactory Took my car to get maintenance service and was supposed to get Change Engine Oil & Tire Rotation. Wanted to use The $10 off Service Coupon that was mailed to my home for these services but Coupon was declined & not accepted. I was also charged for 2 unauthorized filters without any explanations. Was billed for a first time Oil Change, although it was Serviced there before. Do not appreciate all the up charged for unauthorized & unnecessary parts and labor. Would like someone to reach out to me to discuss my dissatisfaction further. More
