I’m giving this dealership a 3 for average. Overall, my experience of buying a car with this dealership was a breeze. My husband left it up to me to search for our family car. I found a car and Overall, my experience of buying a car with this dealership was a breeze. My husband left it up to me to search for our family car. I found a car and I was able to negotiate directly with Phillip over text and a phone call due to my busy work schedule. Even better that he was the Internet sales manager. He was great and even spoke with me after hours when the dealership was already closed, which I didn’t know. I happened to be searching for a car that peaked my interest and didn’t know if a “live” person would be emailing me or texting me or if it was autogenerated. It was great that an actual person reached out to me fast. However, the part that I didn’t like was sitting there for hours at the dealership to do our financing. I believe they only had one guy doing the financing that day because this was a small family own dealership. We got to the dealership around 3:35pm or so. We were ready to move forward with the deal probably around 4ish. There was one customer ahead of us. We didn’t get to sit down with the finance guy until almost 7pm! On top of that, I had my two young children with me who were ready to just go home. Long story short, we didn’t get done with our paperwork til almost 8:30ish. I wish this dealership sold Honda Care extended warranty though. But instead, they only provided us with a third party vendor which we declined. So I thought negotiating the numbers ahead of time would definitely save us the time to wait. But that was not the case in our situation. It would have been the same as going to the dealership to talk numbers. This wasn’t my first time buying a new car so I know from experience. I just wish things had moved a little faster for us since we’ve already negotiated our numbers ahead of time that’s all. The waiting time really tested my young children and my husband. But at the end, at least we were able to get our family car that we so much needed! More
