If you’re looking for a car-buying experience that feels more like working with a trusted friend than signing your life away, Doug at D&M Leasing is your guy. From start to finish, Doug made the process more like working with a trusted friend than signing your life away, Doug at D&M Leasing is your guy. From start to finish, Doug made the process of getting my new BMW X3 completely seamless. He’s trustworthy, transparent, and a true straight shooter. No gimmicks, no pressure, just honest guidance and real solutions. And somehow, he manages to do all of that while being genuinely funny and easy to talk to. (Who knew leasing a car could involve laughing?) What really set Doug apart is that he sees you…not just a contract. He took an interest in me as a whole person, listened to what I wanted, and even showed compassion and respect around some personal challenges I’ve encountered. That level of care is rare in any industry, let alone one that can feel transactional. I absolutely love my new BMW X3, and I’m just as grateful for the experience as I am for the car itself. Doug made what could have been stressful feel exciting, smooth, and empowering. If you want someone who will advocate for you, keep it real, and make the process actually enjoyable, Doug is the one.
