One day, as I was complaining about the ordeal, my realtor gave me Doug Wright's number to help me out. From the minute I talked to Doug on the phone, I couldn't help but notice that his approach was different. On top of being extremely knowledgeable and personable, he took the time to learn about my needs and set out to find the right car (2015 Acura RDX) for me.
