What a great experience Spent several days sitting at dealerships for hours on end and empty promises too only leave the same way I came in , empty handed . One day, as I was complaining about the ordeal, my realtor gave me Doug Wright's number to help me out. From the minute I talked to Doug on the phone, I couldn't help but notice that his approach was different. On top of being extremely knowledgeable and personable, he took the time to learn about my needs and set out to find the right car (2015 Acura RDX) for me. He really wanted me to have a positive experience. He was first and foremost concerned about the service. This transaction was indeed my best car buying experience.
