He had the ultimate knowledge of the vehicle, as we purchased a Kia from another dealership, and had to YouTube how to utilize the features as we were not shown. The little touches such as asking if we would like water on a warm day to offering to drive us over to the finance department meant so much. Knowing that he had intimate knowledge of the Kia Sportage we selected, not simply because it was his job, but because a member of his own family has the vehicle, sealed the deal for us.
