I was understanding as to how busy they were, I also understood that they had no loaners but I was out of a vehicle for almost two weeks and I hadn't even had my truck that long, purchasing it two or three weeks prior to having to bring it in. That was hard on us trying to find ways to get to work. Like I said, he was good, but there is always room for improvement. This experience has not wavered my thoughts on the work they did. I will still be going there to get service done. More
