It took him three tries and I almost walked. He tried to sell the car at a price higher than advertised and "lowball" my trade. Moreover, the entire process took about 4 hours, much of it sitting and waiting. BTW: I don't know who "Candy Cane Sweet" is in the sales dept. I also do not know Angel Maldanado. More

They replaced my strut assemblies on my 2015 XV Crosstrek and did a good job. The only issue was they destroyed the steering wheel coating and have ordered a new steering wheel for my car. Technician installed new radiator and new hoses. In the process bolts were snapped off due to rust I'm assuming. Technician did not advise of damage and the radiator was basically floating in place.
