I met with Ben to consider trading in my Wilderness Forester that I bought from the same dealer in 2025. Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to trade it in to get a lower monthly payment as well a Forester that I bought from the same dealer in 2025. Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to trade it in to get a lower monthly payment as well as still continuing to drive a Subaru particularly a forester. In the end between the management and financial they did have an older vehicle that fit that availability. Interestingly - it does have bells and whistles I had not seen when checking it out. Probably per the year vs the one I traded in it was at the top of the line for thr vehicle at that time So far - enjoying my new but old vehicle as well as paying a lower monthly payment for it. Overall- working staff were friendly though with many changes of faces then last time I was in for service. As for Ben he was personable, very knowledgeable of the cars, a good driver and is still learning the process of what the salesman position entails and willing to learn it! More

The salesman, William, and Hugo in fianance were both friendly and helpful. The GM, Alex, has been responsive to an adjustment following the sale. However, I rated the experience "average" because the man who actually negotiated the deal and ran back and forth between the salesman and the general manager "jerked" me around. It took him three tries and I almost walked. He tried to sell the car at a price higher than advertised and "lowball" my trade. Moreover, the entire process took about 4 hours, much of it sitting and waiting. BTW: I don't know who "Candy Cane Sweet" is in the sales dept. I also do not know Angel Maldanado. More

Technician installed new radiator and new hoses. In the process bolts were snapped off due to rust I'm assuming. Technician did not advise of damage and the radiator was basically floating in place. They replaced my strut assemblies on my 2015 XV Crosstrek and did a good job. The only issue was they destroyed the steering wheel coating and have ordered a new steering wheel for my car.
