Having had 9 Porsches over a 25 year period, all serviced at Champion Porsche, this is the first time I was disappointed by Champion. It took over 3 weeks to get an appointment that included a loaner vehicle at Champion Porsche, this is the first time I was disappointed by Champion. It took over 3 weeks to get an appointment that included a loaner vehicle and Champion keep my car for another full 3 weeks. The result was that my 2022 Taycan needed a new EV charging unit and cable. However, I was told that Porsche was unable to provide the replacement charging unit and cable for at least 2 months. I was forced to purchase a new charging unit from a third party manufacturer from a list provided by Porsche. The new charger just arrived and the plug is different from the Porsche charger. As a result, I just hired an electrician to replace the 240v outlet. I don't understand how a company like Porsche can sell EVs but not have any replacement chargers for situations like mine. More
