Drew is always wonderful, however, the time frame to wait for something to be done is really long. And having to come and pickup the vehicle is something I never had to do with other dealers, they delivered for something to be done is really long. And having to come and pickup the vehicle is something I never had to do with other dealers, they delivered my car. This is what I feel needs to be addressed, that and the shortage of loaner cars. Otherwise on most all levels Champion is outstanding. More
