Drew was great. she was very helpful and kept good communication. My biggest issue was with the amount of time to get my car taken care of. It was there for 2 week she was very helpful and kept good communication. My biggest issue was with the amount of time to get my car taken care of. It was there for 2 weeks and did not get looked at unil the final day. Once looked at it was found that the problem was just a simple loose cable and fixed in 2 min. So I was without my new car for 2 weeks because of a 2 min fix, very frustrating. Would I recommend Drew, 100% Will I recommend the shop as a whole, unfortunately not. More

The vehicle was flat bedded from my home to Champion Porsche to address some rattle noise coming from the exhaust system. I had no appointment but my service adviser Drew Breneman was able work it into Porsche to address some rattle noise coming from the exhaust system. I had no appointment but my service adviser Drew Breneman was able work it into their schedule to fix the problem which turned out to be covered by the warranty. The vehicle was returned to my home in perfect shape and washed. I was very happy with the extra effort Ms Breneman put keeping me updated and the process going very smoothly. She deserves a pat on the shoulder for nice work. Please keep up the good work More

Clearly Champion is concerned with providing a positive customer experience. However based upon 2 recent service experience I felt there was a lack of communication between service, advisor and me. I went through a period where I had some bad experiences with Champion service. Recently I went to Champion to discuss some service issues. I was introduced to Drew and was told she was my new service adv with Champion service. Recently I went to Champion to discuss some service issues. I was introduced to Drew and was told she was my new service advisor. We set up an appointment for me to bring in my Cayenne. When I arrived I went Drews' desk. Drew listened to my issues and then we went out to the vehicle and she listened to the motor and checked the information in the PMS. We went back to her desk and she began searching for the best program that would cover my issues. I accepted Drew's recommendations. Drew had my loaner ready at the conclusion of her service workup. Drew called me during the service to advise of an issue that needed some additional investigation and I approved the labor charge. When the vehicle was ready Drew called me, but the weather was torrential and she suggested that I not risk driving and pick up my vehicle in the morning. I appreciated her concern. When I got to Champion the next morning Drew was at her desk. We went over the repairs and discussed future maintenance. As someone once said to me, "she's a keeper". More
