Doug is very knowledgeable and customer focused. He responds quickly to calls. I am a bit concerned about the mechanics. My car came back to me after alignment work pulling to the right and the steering wheel left side down. We got the car aligned but the steering wheel was not straight when they did the alignment. While the car drives straight the wheel is left down when straight. This is a GT3. I expect it to be done correctly by the mechanics before the car is returned. We had all new tires.
