I couldn't believe it when he showed us the car we had been approved for. When he first mentioned the make of the car I was on their website looking at the first Cruze I seen. I was expecting to see the used one, but Mr. Drew drove up in a brand new 2018 Cruze. Our first ever brand new car! It took everything for my husband and I both not to cry. Above and Beyond! After a great facility experience and engagement by all team members I left with my new Silverado 2500. The next day, I found out the new truck I jus After a great facility experience and engagement by all team members I left with my new Silverado 2500. The next day, I found out the new truck I just purchased would not handle the cargo weight of the 5th wheel I wanted to tow. I was distraught, I was in a panic, and I did not know what to do. Let me tell you - Newton Chevrolet went out of their way to take the truck back and find the right truck (a 3500) nearly 200 miles away executing their own dealer trade for one of their other vehicles on the lot to make sure I had what I needed. And....they did this all in one day! That is true customer service and actions I will NEVER forget. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle - these people really stand behind their word and customer service. They have earned my future business for life.
