I've lived in Shelbyville for 33 years and I plan to be here for the rest of my life. I spent the first 25 years here as a full-time pastor, then five as a bi-vocational pastor. Now, I'm retired (though I still speak as a fill-in). For the last eight years, I've loved helping people with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives -- a vehicle purchase. At Newton -- and from me -- you'll get an honest, no-hassle, no-pressure experience. My goal is to serve every customer as if they lived across the street from me! When I'm not at work, you'll find me with my wife of 42 years or my five children, ages 25 to 38 -- or my eight grandchildren (and counting!)

Awesome Experience at Newton Chevrolet! We found Newton Chevrolet while searching online for a new small truck. Our first phone contact was with Tim, who was unavailable when we arrived, We found Newton Chevrolet while searching online for a new small truck. Our first phone contact was with Tim, who was unavailable when we arrived, unannounced, to look at new trucks, so Drew quickly stepped up to help us. We browsed the lot and selected a truck with the features important to us. Unfortunately it was blocked in by no less than 5 other new vehicles! Drew never hesitated and with help from his teammates the vehicles were all moved within a few minutes. After our test drive Barry, the sales manager, stopped in to introduce himself and helped to identify incentives we qualified for.. He honed in on our sense of humor and we were quickly quipping back and forth like old friends. Our last stop was with James in finance which was flawless. We had not actually intended to buy that day and didn't bring our checkbook. "No problem at all, just take the truck home and bring us a check tomorrow!" How;' that for building trust! One thing I appreciated most was 'the no pressure' at any aspect of the process, Everyone was personable, helpful and made us feel welcome! More
