This dealership lies. They sent me a VIP letter stating that they would give me almost $22k for my low mileage 2020 Hyundai. I also got an instant cash offer from KBB for They sent me a VIP letter stating that they would give me almost $22k for my low mileage 2020 Hyundai. I also got an instant cash offer from KBB for over $23k. I talked to JT and he did a great job helping me and had a car I was interested in. I drove in to test drive the new car and they did an appraisal on my trade. They only offered me $19k for my car. I laughed and pulled out the cash offer for over $23k I had from Kelley Blue Book. Drew the used car manager came out and hemmed and hawed he said that he can’t sell my car for that much and that it was overvalued by KBB. He finally relented and said that they would give me the KBB price and have them come take it. Today my old car that they “couldn’t sell” is listed for almost $26k. They flat out lied to me. While overall I feel like I got a fair deal I will never use this dealership again as they use dishonest tactics. Very disappointed! More
