I originally visited Hi-Line to have a vehicle serviced and Tom and his group were so professional and knowledgeable that I decided to look at vehicles for sale. Let me start with thanking Rick and the Hi-Line staff for an excellent experience! I walked in on a Saturday a hour or so before they closed to look at a car I saw on there website, after test driving and kn an excellent experience! I asked if it was possible to take it home today and they made it happen! They put aside whatever the may have planned for after work, stayed late to accommodate me - now that is customer service!
