Overall experience with this dealership was horrible. We thought that buying a Cadillac meant we were buying quality and exceptional service but it was just the opposite. Transmission went at 20,000 mile We thought that buying a Cadillac meant we were buying quality and exceptional service but it was just the opposite. Transmission went at 20,000 miles and they had our car of 3 weeks and never called to update us. Thought we could count on someone there to help us but no one did!!! More
