I went into the dealership not really knowing what I wanted and was greeted by Shelby who was very nice and informative. She knows her cars! I test drove 2 non Mercedes vehicles from their pre owned selection and they were very nice but not for me. She took me around the lot and was showing me similar Mercedes SUVs in the same price range. I saw one I really liked and after a short test drive and some paperwork; that went very smoothly I drove home in a very nice GLE 350.
