However, from the moment I stepped out of my car EVERYONE from Addison who was very professional & polite for opening the front door for me to Robert who's an energy filled ray of sunshine to the two finance guys Kyle & Dshon who are very funny young men. Everyone made me fill very welcomed, at home, and with no pressure at all to purchase. Everyone working had a smile on their face and truly seemed to enjoy their job. I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my day and this was by FAR the most enjoyable experience EVER. More

Out of necessity we had to look for and purchase a vehicle on mother's day Who has fun when they go buy a car? Thanks to Andres, my kids and I did. Out of necessity we had to look for and purchase a vehicle on mother's day - not the ideal way to spend the day but it really wasn't bad. I told Andres exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was and he made it happen. Andres isn't your typical 'salesman' which was a nice change. He was super chill during the test drives, brought out a soccer ball for my kids to kick around (because 3 hours at a dealership started to get boring for them) and answered every question I had. I've already recommended him to a friend who's looking for a vehicle for her daughter. Also need to give some thumbs up to Dshon. Talking money and financing is not what I consider a good time, but working with him was a really pleasant experience, too. More

Knowledge is Powerful! I can't think of any human who looks forward to the "car buying experience", I certainly don't! But, this time was different. This is our 5th vehicle I can't think of any human who looks forward to the "car buying experience", I certainly don't! But, this time was different. This is our 5th vehicle purchase from Larry H. Miller Hyundai and Marisa (Balderaz) and Kyle (Stevens) actually made it kinda fun for us. Don't get me wrong...I still think we could have gotten a better deal, we'll certainly see next time; however, I'll summarize this experience with what I said to Marisa as we prepared to leave in out brand new Tucson: "I've purchased a lot of vehicles over the past 40 yeas or so and never have I dealt with an associate who was so incredibly knowledgeable and excited about the vehicle I was buying"! Marisa and Kyle had us "hook, line and sinker"...just sayin"! :) :) More
