Enjoyed being able to look over the vehicle inside - as they pulled it in out of the cold. The sales guy, Duane, was pretty straight forward and friendly. The financial guy had music playing while he went over the paper work, which was distracting the to me. He also said “it’s not my car” in a somewhat sarcastic manner when we declined additional coverage. Didn’t seem real customer friendly with the paper signing guy, but Duane was good. Just got my new Trax yesterday, and I really like it! More
