I have been a customer there at Merit Chevrolet for many years. I have also had my son purchase a vehicle from Merit and we were always very pleased with the service we received. Was getting error message: Front collision system unavailable. Came in and talked to Duane. He had it looked at and determined it was a bad camera. It was not in stock, so it was ordered. Duane calle unavailable. Came in and talked to Duane. He had it looked at and determined it was a bad camera. It was not in stock, so it was ordered. Duane called me back when it came in. We set up a time a few days later. I came in and Duane took care of everything. It was a warranty repair. Was in and out within 90 minutes. More

Terrible customer service I called them about a leveling kit in my truck and got the runaround they told me they would get right back to me and never did ?I called the next day I called them about a leveling kit in my truck and got the runaround they told me they would get right back to me and never did ?I called the next day they told me they would get back to me and never did again?!! I called the third time just to see what they would say even though I was definitely not using them anyway and still never got an answer un believable,I had money in my pocket it’s not in their pocket I’ll guarantee you that!!! That’s enough for me plenty of other places to go to😁 More

Going Above and Beyond We purchased a used 2012 GMC Acadia from Merit Chevrolet. Unfortunately, only a few days later, the car broke down on us. Our salesman, Jason Wortman We purchased a used 2012 GMC Acadia from Merit Chevrolet. Unfortunately, only a few days later, the car broke down on us. Our salesman, Jason Wortman went to work right away to make sure the car was in working order for us. We had the car towed to Merit and within a days time, they replaced all faulty parts at no cost to us. The entire Merit Chevrolet team was on top of communication with us and so friendly the entire time. This is what 5-star service is all about! More

I love going to Merit. I always try to get my vehicle serviced in the evenings because of Duane. He takes the time to answer questions and explain what is going on. If I don't stay and wait, he always ca serviced in the evenings because of Duane. He takes the time to answer questions and explain what is going on. If I don't stay and wait, he always calls to give an update and advises you of any additional work that may be needed. I prefer to go through Duane whenever I need answers or to set up an appointment. More

I would recommend Merit Chevrolet based on their excellent customer service, knowledgable service department and courtesy rides to and from the shop are also a plus. Duane is one of the best service reps I have worked with. He will go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle has been serviced properly. He is professional when dealing with clients and explains repair services in a straight forward manner. More

The only reason why I purchased my 2010 Chev Malibu and had prior/current auto service with Merit Chev is because of Duane Konieczny in the service dept. 5 years ago, I went through a divorce. My exhusband had prior/current auto service with Merit Chev is because of Duane Konieczny in the service dept. 5 years ago, I went through a divorce. My exhusband took care of all our vehicle needs. I had no clue on what needed to be done to service my vehicle and was extremely nervous going to the service dept as I did not know what to expect. Duane was the first person I spoke to when I pulled in my vehicle in the service dept and I cannot put into words how comfortable he made me feel through the whole process and continues to treat me the same way to this day. I make my appointments online and always make the note that if Duane is not working, to contact me so I can reschedule to a day he is there. More
