I did do my homework before I went into the dealership of researching new and used cars This was the best car buying experience that I have EVER had! I did do my homework before I went into the dealership of researching new and used cars at three different locations. From the first contact through email, then text and finally phone calls were all helpful, informative, honest and welcoming. After 2 or 3 days of communicing I went in to meet my sales person Duane Temple. I could not have been more impressed or had a better feeling. He is a straight shooter and did his best to guide me and meet y needs. Then the finance person Elvis was incredible patient and guided me to the best deal as if I was his family member. I got a GREAT vehicle for a great price and they made me feel welcomed and like family! I HIGHLY recommend the Lakeland dealership. I drove from Wesley Chapel for the great deal and customer service they offered (eventhough dealerships are right here). I will definately continue to go back to Lakeland for my car service and to buy future vehicles. More
